|Recommended: YesGood value, convenient location, and great management and maintenance staff. — Cavalier Ct. is located conveniently to George Mason University and a number local shopping dining options. There's also a CUE bus stop located directly in front of the complex.
Sometimes there is a little excessive noise from inconsiderate neighbors that can be a little distracting but it is an apartment after all , but the unites are solidly constructed and do a fairly good job of limiting noise from adjacent units. The best things about Cavalier Ct are its management, maintenance, and grounds cleaning staff. They all do a great job. The property manager, Ana, is particularly pleasant to deal with.
|Recommended: YesOrganized, clean and well maintained — I would tell them that it is a great place to live at. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are always cleaned before residents move in. I would also tell them that the parking is superb because there are plenty of spots for residents and guests.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Very good management. Work order resolves same day. No water charges. Parking space is enough. New management is doing her job very well. She is very professional and active. It doesn't matter rain or snow outside. She always doing her work.

|Recommended: YesI am reaching my one year stay at Cavalier Courts and it has been a pleasant experience. The resident manager, Ms. Ana Araneda-Armstrong has been helpful and accomodationg to my request and concerns. She is quick to address any repair issues in my unit. The maintenance staff are polite and friendly, too. They are consistent in cleaning the surroundings and hallways.
I feel safe and comfortable living here.
|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Clean, well maintained. No pets, sound-proofing is just okay. One way drive is a hassle. Apartment layout is nice, with open concept. Kitchen appliances are serviceable and work. Maintenance response is pretty quick.
